OSHA 10 Online Free Certificate? Scams to Avoid

Spotting OSHA Scams

Because OSHA 10 is required for many jobs, scammers frequently target workers looking for a quick and cheap way to get certified.

The "Free Certificate" Scam

The most common scam involves a website offering a "Free OSHA 10 Certificate." You spend 10 hours taking their course, and at the end, they either demand a massive fee to "process" the card, or they send you a fake, self-printed piece of paper that employers will reject.

Remember: Official DOL cards are only issued by authorized providers, and these providers must charge a fee to cover OSHA's processing costs.
