Publication Standards

We maintain strict rules about what can be published on MyOshaCard. We will not publish unsourced data, undated prices, or unverified claims. Every fact must trace back to a primary source.

Neutrality Rule

MyOshaCard operates as an independent guide. No training provider is favored in our content. All comparisons are based strictly on publicly verifiable facts such as price, state acceptance, and official OSHA authorization status.

FTC Compliance and Affiliate Disclosure

We comply fully with FTC guidelines regarding affiliate marketing. Our affiliate disclosure is visible above the fold on pages containing affiliate links. Furthermore, a call-to-action (CTA) button and our affiliate disclosure will always appear together. If they cannot appear together, they do not appear at all.

Corrections

While we verify our data rigorously, changes in laws or provider pricing can happen rapidly. If an error is found or a policy changes, we correct the information as soon as we verify the new primary source data.
