OSHA training requirements by jurisdiction

Federal law does not require OSHA 10 or 30-hour outreach training for most workers: the program is voluntary. A binding requirement comes from a state statute, a city ordinance, or an employer. We have read and quoted the statute for 2 of 51 jurisdictions so far, and we say so plainly where we have not.

We will not publish a page for a jurisdiction until we have read its statute. Saying nothing is more honest than filling 49 pages with the same sentence.
